Jason Still is a REINZ award winning Broker from Phoenix Business Sales.

​

Jason is extremely skilled at bringing offers in from multiple buyers together on the same day.  He would be one of the only Brokers in the industry that over 80% of his deals have multiple signed Sales and Purchase Agreements for a vendor to choose between.  Consequently 67% of all Jason’s sales have been over asking price, the largest being 27% over the asking price.

Preferring to work with a clear detailed business strategy for each client, Jason has been able to achieve the one of the most consistent timeframe for marketing a business (4 weeks from marketing to signed sales & purchase, or heads of agreement) on a diverse range of businesses.

​

This meticulous approach we believe has given Jason one of the best conversion rates from signed sales and purchase agreement to settling for any experienced Broker in the industry, with it being close to 100% (only one deal not settled from signed contract) we believe the industry average is over 50% of deals fall over during DD.

​Constantly looking to provide the best results for his clients, Jason has a full team working behind him.  With the help of a Sales Associate, Personal Assistant and Marketing Assistant, Jason remains agile, well researched, and has a global reach when it comes to presenting his listings to the market.
 

Most often described as enthusiastic and passionate about what he does, Jason is not only entrepreneurial but inherently creative.  He is a supporter of the people, their business growth, and the goals they set to achieve their visions. Jason’s firm commitment is to help his clients’ initiate strategies that will yield an excellent result – financially and personally. He uses his wealth of personal experience in the acquisition and selling of companies to help others do the same.

Background:

Jason comes from a business-building background, starting and exiting 9 businesses over a 20-year period.  His dynamic and hugely demanding career in business – primarily in Importing, retailing, service, marketing, software, and construction industries as well as property investing, has led him through extraordinary triumphs and correspondingly, the expected trials of some steep learning curves. His unequivocal ‘big picture’ approach means Jason is able to observe and identify the ways in which a company can do things differently and grow. Astute, articulate, and well-networked globally, Jason is primed at all times to walk any client through a process that feels risky and move them to a place that will be rewarding and profitable.

Any spare time Jason has he enjoys spending time with his wife Elena and his three young children.  If he’s not on the beach at Takapuna he’s at the top of a mountain on ski’s or planning his next big adventure.
